As the Chief Executive Officer, Gregory is responsible for strategically spearheading the companyâs growth.
A key executive who has built effective go-to-market, customer success, and engineering teams in high-growth technology startups, Gregory brings over 15 years of experience in information technology and security to AppViewX with an outstanding performance record. He was previously CEO at Bromium, where he oversaw three years of company growth and customer success, improved operational efficiencies, and recruited key executives to build a new management team. Gregory was an early executive at Venafi and served as Vice President from 2012 to 2016, where he oversaw all aspects of marketing, including corporate marketing and public relations, demand generation and field marketing, advertising and branding, and marketing operations.
Gregory holds a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and was a Fulbright scholar at Stockholm University.
Anand has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in product design and development. Prior to founding AppViewX, he was a key technologist in various startups, notably the online trading platform Tradeweb, where he spearheaded product development of trading and post-trade systems. The platform saw a total trade volume that surpassed $100 trillion, and later Tradeweb was acquired by Thomson Financials.
Beyond product engineering experience, Anand is a visionary leader and has mentored and groomed various teams in multiple business practice areas. He travels globally and builds relationships, promoting the business and conducting socioeconomic reforms.
He actively engages in corporate social responsibility initiatives, adopts villages, and drives the villages toward a self-sufficiency model. Anand holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering â Human Factors from Clemson University.
As Chief Solutions Officer, Murali is responsible for the overall product vision, development, and technical direction of AppViewX. Before joining the company, he served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where he led an architecture and engineering team of e-commerce application delivery.
Prior to that, Murali was Vice President of architecture and product engineering at Merrill Lynch. He has designed and developed automation and integration solutions for servers, application delivery controllers, IP services, and networking.
Murali is an Electronics and Communication Engineer from Bharathiyar University in India. Currently he is based out of New York.
Prabhakar heads Customer Success and Marketing for AppViewX and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction leading to long term relationships. Prabhakar comes with more than 15 years of experience in data engineering and project management. Prior to AppViewX, Prabhakar was Principal Director â Engineering Data Management at a global engineering firm with 60,000 employees and revenue of more than $10 billion in 2011.
Prabhakar has held various leadership positions and was responsible for setting up operations in new geographies, leading profit and loss performance units, and enterprise IT strategy. His track record includes working on a number of award-winning projects, including winning a CIO 100 award in 2014.
Prabhakar is an Engineering and Management graduate from the University of Madras, Bharathiar University in India and Rutgers University in the US. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
As Chief Financial Officer, Anil oversees the accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit and tax functions at AppViewX.
Prior to joining AppViewX, Anil served as the CFO of EN Engineering, based out of Chicago. He spent 15 years at IBM Corporation in a variety of finance and leadership roles. He is also a member of Forbes Finance Council and has advised clients including McKinsey, BCG, research firms and hedge funds on a variety of finance topics.
Anil holds an MBA from Emory University, MS from University of Georgia and B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has driven growth initiatives, operational efficiencies, capital structure optimization, and business turnarounds.
As Chief People Officer, Anjali oversees the people strategy including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, rewards, culture, and leads all people functions globally at AppViewX.
Prior to joining AppViewX, Anjali served at CA Technologies based in New York for 15 years, where she held a variety of different leadership roles within the People and Recruiting function. During her tenure, CA Technologies was ranked one of the largest independent software corporations in the world.
Anjali started her career at Merrill Lynch where she managed the talent management strategy for the Technology group. She has a proven track record of business partnerships, execution, and successfully leading teams through change. Anjali is deeply committed to building outstanding people practices and passionate about being part of the team that makes AppViewX an employer of choice.
Anjali has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology from St. Xavierâs College, Mumbai, India. She is based out of New York.
Mike Gregoire is the Chairman and Board Member of AppViewX. He is also the Managing Director of Brighton Park Capital (âBPCâ). Prior to joining BPC, Mike was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CA Technologies where he started in 2013. At CA, Mike accelerated the companyâs software leadership with innovative offerings, a renewed brand, and a strengthened market presence. The result of Mikeâs leadership over almost 6 years was the sale to Broadcom in July 2018 taking the stock from $22.38 to $44.50 per share yielding a $10.5 billion market cap appreciation.
Previously, Mike was Chairman and CEO of Taleo Corporation, a leading cloud-based talent management software company that he built and took public for $300 million before its successful sale to Oracle in 2012 for nearly $2 billion. With a career spanning more than 25 years in software and technology, Mike also served as Executive Vice President at People Soft from 1999 to 2004 and Executive Director at Electronic Data Systems EDS from 1988 to 1999.
Mike has been the chair of the World Economic Forumâs IT Governors Steering Committee, as well as a member of the Business Roundtableâs Information and Technology Committee. Mike also serves on the Executive Council of TechNet, an organization of CEOs that represents the technology industry in policy issues critical to American innovation and economic competitiveness. Currently, Mike sits on the Board of Directors of ADP where he is the Chairman of the Governance committee..
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computing from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California Coast University.
Larry Biagini joined Brighton Park Capital as a Special Advisor in January of 2019. Larry is an experienced CTO and change advocate with over 35 years of experience. He spent 26 years at GE, retiring as VP and Global CTO. While at GE, he held the roles of CIO, CTO and CISO globally. Prior to GE, Larry led Internationals Applications for Emery Air Freight and was Director of Financial Applications for Olin Chemical. Larryâs career has spanned 35 years in technology covering manufacturing, logistics and financial systems. Industrial verticals include healthcare, media, aviation and energy.
Currently, Larry is the Chief Technology Evangelist of zScaler, the internet security industryâs first Security as a Service platform. Larryâs zScaler focus is helping customers and partners better plan and execute their inevitable move towards expanding their use of cloud services.
Larry is a recognized global leader in creating environments enabling businesses to take advantage of new technologies in a reliable and secure manner. Larry holds a B.S. in accounting from Fairfield University.
Zachary Gut is a Partner at Brighton Park Capital and is currently on the board of AppViewX. Prior to joining Brighton Park, Zach was a Principal at Apax Digital, a technology focused growth equity firm, where he invested in SoYoung (NASDAQ: SY) and Moda Operandi. Prior to Apax, Zach was an investor at Summit Partners from 2008-2017, where he was involved in multiple investments across both technology and healthcare, including PrismHR, Aeryon (acquired by NASDAQ: FLIR), Fuze, OB Hospitalist Group (acquired by NYSE: ARES), and My Dentist (acquired by Heartland Dental). At both Summit and Apax, Zach helped run the thematic sourcing programs. Zach began his career in the Technology M&A group at Bank of America.
Zach received an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Political Economy.
Karunya is a Board Member of AppViewX. She was formerly the Chief Operating Officer at AppViewX, where she played a vital role in managing global delivery, process excellence, and strategic corporate initiatives. Karunya comes with a strong techno-functional background, and having worked with various firms in New York City, she brought over a decade of experience in business operations and management. Prior to being COO, Karunya steered a well-known industry group with her extensive experience in managing business processes, operations, and profit and loss of a business unit.
Karunya has a Masterâs degree in Computer Software Engineering from PSG College of Technology in India.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Kevin will oversee all revenue generation, customer and partner operations, and multi-channel go-to-market activities to streamline global field operations and across emerging and existing markets.
Kevin brings more than 30 years of high tech, software sales and company leadership experience, and has a remarkable performance and revenue record running global field organizations that consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. He has repeatedly orchestrated significant company growth via high-performing teams and linear product sales, and his management and sales practices have resulted in explosive revenues, M&A and IPOs in multiple companies.
Prior to joining AppViewX, Kevin was the Chief Revenue Officer at Bromium, where he played a vital role in the companyâs acquisition by HP. He was also an integral part of a data security company, Delphix and cyber security start-up ArcSight where he demonstrated extensive experience in expanding the companiesâ global market share. Kevin also held key Leadership roles at Oracle, Portal Software, and Accel Partners.
Kevin earned his undergraduate in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
As SVP Product Management, Ravishankar oversees product strategy and vision including technical direction, GTM and enablement functions, commercialization and launch aspects, and leads all product functions globally at AppViewX.
Ravishankar brings more than 20 years of product management and engineering experience and has an outstanding record, running product organizations that consistently align closely to market needs and customer satisfaction, while internally driving process optimizations. His efforts have resulted in new products, new revenue streams and M&As at multiple companies; at Airwatch, which was acquired by VMware for $1.4B and at VMware, which saw its entry into newer businesses with strong revenues.
Prior to joining AppViewX, Ravishankar drove IoT product strategy and technology efforts, conceptualizing, developing, and commercializing an IoT infrastructure management and security platform for VMware and established strategic partnerships with vendors and partners, helping put VMware on the IoT map as one of the key players. He built the IoT and Enterprise Rugged EMM businesses from the ground up at AirWatch and VMware. He has also been at Cisco and Inktomi working on networking and security products in leadership roles.
Ravishankar has a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MBA from Georgia State University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
