Required Skills:

  • Conceptualize, plan, develop and write documentation sets, including complex technical material, with limited or no supervision.
  • Identify, plan for, and revise technical writing project requirements, and research complex source material for documentation projects.

Business/Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise:

  • Thorough understanding of technical writing and project management is mandatory.
  • Experience in producing user documentation including Online Helps, User Guides, API Guides, Installation guides, and Release Notes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, is mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge and application of style guides and industry practices.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administration and operational CRM support for senior management and field sales. The Specialist works closely with sales operations to optimize the sales process and interacts with other departments to ensure that the sales department's needs are met, including Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Marketing, HR, Admin, Finance, etc. Should build Visualforce, APEX, Lightning Components and also experience working with Salesforce Data.

Technical Description:

Position Summary: As a product marketing Analyst, you will be a leader on the team responsible for sharing with the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the existing product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and ensure product marketing content is built inline to it.
  • GTM and Product launch – Responsible for content plan for launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Demand Generation Collaterals – support and work with other marketing units on lead generation activities, including trade shows, email campaigns, etc., with messaging and campaign assets (Whitepapers, Solution guides, infographics, etc.) and ensure sales has appropriate follow up materials to execute on leads
  • Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, ROI, Competitor comparison matrices, website copy, blog posts, forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products and to support demand generation campaigns and sales cycles.
