Job Description:

  • Lead and oversee legal and contracts management processes for the company.
  • Draft, review and negotiate client & vendor agreements including SaaS contracts, technology licensing MSAs, NDAs, RFP contractual terms etc.
  • Review, negotiate and finalize Reseller, Distributor and Technology Alliance Partner Agreements
  • Independently work with clients’ or partners’ legal teams to review business requirements and finalize contracts accordingly. Assess business risks and negotiate favourable agreements to minimize risk to the company
  • Review and develop documents related to data security, data processing, GDPR, privacy policy etc.
  • Develop a process for creating repository for contracts (new and legacy), non-standard Ts&Cs for business use and audit/diligence
  • Work with internal teams to provide customers with confidence in the company’s data and security measures. Respond to third party vendor risk assessments.
  • Advise product development team regarding the compliance of new features with various privacy laws and applicable regulations.
  • Engage with outside counsel regarding patent and trademark globally.  Advise on patent strategy and coordinate filings.
  • Lead legal due diligence and M&A agreements
  • Improve standard contract documents using industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the company’s external legal counsels.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have a law degree.
  • Must have 10+ years’ experience working as in-house legal at a Software company and/or at a law firm with expertise in technology contracts.
  • Hands on experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors and business partners
  • Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

Customer Success Architect will play a key role in driving Customer onboarding, Solutioning and adoption of product by being a customer advocate. You will be the primary technical contact in the AppViewX CS organization and work closely with customers, sales, delivery, product management and CSM’s to deliver effective solutions for automating customers IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure. You will combine your deep expertise of technical knowledge with customer business objectives /challenges to coach customers on how to use AppViewX to realize value faster.

Nature and Scope of the Role:

Onboarding

  • Work closely with Sales solution teams to help technical transition of account from Pre-Sales to the Customer Success Management program.
  • Coach client about product features and capabilities during the on-boarding process.
  • Design on boarding plans working with our Customer Success Managers that identify and solve specific business challenges for our new customers.
  • Scope customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
  • Design and implement AppViewX Platform to Solve the toughest automation problems the customer is trying to solve.

Adoption and Value Quantification

  • Evaluate customer adoption data and coach customers on areas of adoption by providing demos and training sessions where needed.
  • Lead customer lunch and learn sessions for both technical and non-technical end users to help them adopt products quickly.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor by assisting customers navigate technical challenges through their lifecycle.
  • Plan new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy by helping customer realize the business value

Customer Experience/Engagement

  • Integrate retention, adoption, user experience and happiness as part of every customer engagement strategy.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for customer escalations, working closely with our Solution Support teams on solving issues
  • Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management and Support groups.
  • Contribute to customer Business reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements.
  • Travel to the USA and Europe on Business Visa to grow customer network when required

Roadmap Planning

  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e.g. sales, product management, support, Services , delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions
  • Work closely with our PM/SME teams to prioritize product enhancements and long term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.

Documentation

  • Improve or develop technical documentation to enable customers
  • Help document internal and external knowledge Base articles that act as references for all How to questions

Primary Skillset:

  • Minimum 7+ years experience working in customer-facing technical roles (such as Solution Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert)
  • Better understanding on Cryptography basics
  • Strong domain expertise on PKI, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP
  • Certificate Life Cycle management/operations
  • Understanding on PKI infrastructure design/implementation process
  • PKI integrations, MSIntune, SCEP, other enrollment practice
  • PKI usecase creation, document, advocate customer on PKI security standards
  • Knowledge on Change management process, Disaster recovery, High availability scenarios
  • Expertise in Kubernetes
  • Linux / Windows server management -application expertise.

You will be responsible for guiding, augmenting and extending the reach of AppViewX’s Multi-cloud Application delivery and security offering. You will be managing the entire product life cycle, including conducting consumer and market research, analyzing competitive landscape, setting product vision/strategy, managing product roadmap, defining product feature sets and detailed requirements, working with design and engineering to get product released, post launch support and monitoring key metrics to measure product success.

Primary Skill Set:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree and/or a Master’s degree; MBA desirable

Job Description:

Customer Success Architect will play a key role in driving Customer onboarding, Solutioning and adoption of product by being a customer advocate. You will be the primary technical contact in the AppViewX CS organization and work closely with customers, sales, delivery, product management and CSM’s to deliver effective solutions for automating customers IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure. You will combine your deep expertise of technical knowledge with customer business objectives /challenges to coach customers on how to use AppViewX to realize value faster.

Nature and Scope of the Role:

Onboarding

  • Work closely with Sales solution teams to help technical transition of account from Pre-Sales to the Customer Success Management program.
  • Coach client about product features and capabilities during the on-boarding process.
  • Design on boarding plans working with our Customer Success Managers that identify and solve specific business challenges for our new customers.
  • Scope customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
  • Design and implement AppViewX Platform to Solve the toughest automation problems the customer is trying to solve.

Adoption and Value Quantification

  • Evaluate customer adoption data and coach customers on areas of adoption by providing demos and training sessions where needed.
