Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administration and operational CRM support for senior management and field sales. The Specialist works closely with sales operations to optimize the sales process and interacts with other departments to ensure that the sales department’s needs are met, including Customer Success, Delivery, Support, Marketing, HR, Admin, Finance, etc. Should build Visual-force, APEX, Lightning Components and also experience working with Salesforce Data.

Nature and Scope of the Role:

  • Strong experience in Development and Customization in Salesforce is must (Lightning Platform Development Mandatory)
  • Experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation and Support of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce SFA applications based on Apex Language and leveraging Force.com
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform based on the business requirements and also experience in deploying AppExchange applications in Salesforce
  • Experience working with Force.com IDE, Data Loader and Salesforce.com sandbox environment development using data integration technologies as web services, working with REST/SOAP APIs, etc
  • In depth understanding of Salesforce Profiles/Roles based on hierarchy and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Process Builder and Triggers, etc
  • Create and customize reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Configure and customize Salesforce standard and custom objects
  • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practice around design and development required
  • Build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API (Integrating Salesforce CRM with various other tools like Marketo, Clari, Zoom Info, etc.)
  • Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud
  • Participate in systems analysis, training, and testing Salesforce to stringent sales process and data capturing methodologies
  • Research and respond to internal client and technical issues
  • Conduct ad-hoc quality checks in CRM database across all modules
